Take-Two’s CEO Strauss Zelnick said as much during the company’s most recent earnings call with investors. During the conference call, entertainment analyst Mike Hickey asked whether the leak has impacted the game’s development time frame, and how the publisher is moving forward. According to Zelnick, although incredibly serious and unfortunate, there’s currently no evidence that game assets were taken. He added that the leak won’t influence GTA 6’s development. “And with regard to the leak, it was terribly unfortunate and we take those sorts of incidents very seriously indeed”, the CEO said....

The Callisto Protocol on PC is unfortunately disastrously poor at launch. There are many issues with this game on PC, but the most significant issue is that The Callisto Protocol on PC is an Unreal Engine 4 game that does not pre-compile its shaders, so like nearly every Unreal Engine game I reviewed in the recent years that means Callisto protocol on PC has awful shader compilation stutter. Apple Will Not Release Any Security Updates For iOS 14, Forcing Users to Upgrade Apple has told Ars Technica that the option to stay on iOS 14 was always meant to be temporary. There have been plenty of graphical showcases for CDPR’s latest title, but Digital Dreams’ latest video sparked some nostalgia. This new showcase in 4K resolution shows a heavily-modded version of Cyberpunk 2077 complete with the new Flying Cars mod and had us going back to 1989 when Doc sees flying cars in the 2015 version of Hill Valley. Sadly enough, even in 2022, we still don’t have actually flying vehicles, but we guess that in 1989, movie director Robert Zemeckis expected that flying cars would be a real thing 26 years in the future....

Announced last year, Archthrones is a DLC-sized mod for Dark Souls 3 that features mechanics from the original Demon’s Souls, including world tendency, world layout, soul form, and more. The team hopes to provide players with a new way to experience the third Dark Souls installment. In addition to offering features from Demon’s Souls, the overhaul mod will pack 3D models alongside new animations, improved lighting, and more. It’s an interesting upcoming project, which will also rearrange the world of Dark Souls 3 into 5 different realms....

The mod, which is currently in the works by Speclizer, still has quite a few issues to iron out before it is ready for public release, but if this happens, we can expect this mod to become quite popular, as it would provide players with a new way to enjoy the excellent game developed by Sony Santa Monica. Vulkan 1.3.214 releases to fix numerous errors and add new Ray Tracing extensions for AMD vendors The new Vulkan update is not a significant change compared to the previous 1.3.213 update but does offer more solved corrections and adds an AMD vendor extension — VK_AMD_shader_early_and_late_fragment_tests. The new Vulkan extension adds SPIR-V SPV_AMD_shader_early_and_late_fragment_tests extension, allowing graphics shaders to opt in to offer early and late fragment tests. This testing is also only provided through AMD....
